Yea wet sanding is a no. It just won't work. It will need to be replaced. But that is what they are for. They get beat and scratched and then you just replace them for a new one for a few hundred and it saved you a lot since you didn't have to repaint your car :)

How long did it take you? Sounds like a long time with all that wet sanding.

I think I'm just going to have to get 303, optima and some 1Z cockpit and see which one I like the most.

Sounds 303 is pretty popular for cleaning and protecting. Is 303 protection matte or kinda shiny? I would rather keep it a matte finish

I plan on getting a cr spotless filter. And BAM no water spots!! :) problem solved. It's kinds pricy but oh well figure it will be worth the hassle to try and not get water spots

I have worked at a body shop and we never cleaned our pads at night. Just cleaned dry compound off right before we used them. Had no problem. Don't see why you need to clean them each night. Just keep them dry so they don't get mold. Aka not leave them in a puddle of water :)

I am looking inti the same thing. The important thing us the scfm. That one has a scfm of .39 @ 90psi not much like it days good For a nail gun and that is about it. For example a paint gun uses around 4 scfm and a Die grinder is in the ball park of 6-9 scfm. I would say that no this won't blow...

Yea I saw a buddy of mine doing it on a fresh clear r Bra that was just put on. He said the main worry is just the heat. Said vinyl heats up super fast. Good luck let us know how it goes

I have heard but never do one myself. I have been told though to use a light polish m205 should be fine and slow sPeed. The main concern is generating to much heat and warping the vinyl

you notice the swirl marks on the bathroom sink faucet and you say to yourself.... would sip and orange LLC take care of that?

\ I don't know any around here, and certainly non that I would send a customer too, plus it would be nice to make money off of the deal. Genius!!! The seat has kind of a weird pattern but if I could match it that would work perfectly enough for the customer.
