That's my plan to do that aggressive wash first and also use APC and Ironx then do the baggie test to check if I still need to clay and/or use paint cleaner polish.

So a fine grade Nanoskin mitt (with ONR as clay lube) would be safer than DP cleaner polish with a soft foam applicator?

Thanks guys for your advice, actually I searched first for a product from the same family (OPT) but didn't find what I'm looking for. Poli-Seal is an AIO with abrasives and protection while I want a non abrasive paint cleaner without additional glaze or polymers..

IMO it depends on: 1- the product you're using as a drying aid, is it heavy/thick or light/thin? Thick ones, Sonax BSD for example, is better sprayed on towel.. 2- the weather conditions.. Ambient temp., surface temp., humidity, shade/direct sunlight... etc.
