yes my car (technically my wifes, but.....) I forgot the clay so we went straight to the XMT3, i was thinking clay would probably help a lot and i will be trying clay for sure next time (gonna try again in a few more weeks when i can get another weekend off, students are practicaly breaking...

What should i use to remove it? i can get a pic tomorrow when i get home, but it is an '89 Mazda MX-6 and i am not sure if it has ever been waxed. I tried using some XMT 3 today with lake country Orange and Yellow pads as well as a wool pad and it helped, but did't help enough, even going over...

same here, pretty much the whole month of january doesnt get above 0F, coin wash 1x/week

because i had mothers pure caranuba so i used that

i was just verifying that the NXT would remove anything else, therefore i didn't want to use it. probably poorly worded on my part

for as difficult as it is to remove that would be pointless

i didn't use it and mine turned out "ok"

3M makes the plastic and if installed right you can't tell it is there unless you are w/in 5ft of the car. i don't have it on the front of my car, but i do have it around the wheel wells to protect my cheap GM paint

looks unbelievable!!! kinda like my car. it looked about that bad before this weekend.

i found my Instant Shine had no effect on getting off the extremely difficult to remove mothers pure caranuba :( only my PC with a bonnet could cut thru it. can is gone now and i used to do it all by hand, not sure how!!

how about if you have some difficult wax or SG to remove, same stuff?

my mothers Instant Shine is almost gone so i need something new to try. i have no problems with the instant shine though., just wondering what everyone else uses
