    No Order

There's a small saying I stand by, Don't make your procrastination, someone else's emergency! I just got my order today and one product is on back order, to me it's no big deal, I can wait. Why come here and act like they did something wrong. To say they have to keep certain products in stock is...

URGENT!!! How to restore headlights, when the corner is too tight to fit?

I never polish headlights. If you sand correctly at the 3000grit mark you should not see scratch marks. Depending on the coating you use that will fill light marks. However polishing with a MF towel and a little polish should work, your not working with a very big area. Push come to show take...

    Megs Glass cleaner vs?

I use the Meguiars glass cleaner on light bug guts, but for heavy bugs it won't cut it. I've actually dilute it about 15:1 and get a better results. So if what you used cleared up heavy bug guts then stay with it. Usually I use APC or degreaser if there are a lot of bugs and glass cleaner for...

    Just how....

First off, that's just nasty. You don't know how many times I've done extra stuff at no charge thinking people would run to everyone they know telling them how great I am. If I were you, don't count on that. People typically remember when you do bad, not when you do good. With that said, for me...

    Critique my drying technique

20 minutes to dry is way too long if your using a leaf blower. Apply a good wax and that should cut your time down by half if not more. I blow dry and do get a few tiny water spots here and there. After your done blow drying use a quick detailer and they water spots should go away if you get...

    Dealer Washing...

Prices vary. Some pay $1-$1.50 per car. I've seen it done and it's a horrible job, water spots everywhere. But money is money for some and dealerships don't care

    Should i charge extra?

My friend have actually paid for other detailers to do their cars, then they bring it over an I point out what they paid $25 for and what I would have done. So paying $40 now might bring you thousands in the future, it's not a bad investment in my book. When he's done, take pictures and show...

Desperately need help!! How can I protect my paint against harmful chemicals???

If acid is falling on your paint, won't it also eat up any coatings? I think your best bet would be somekind of opticoat, and clear bra the whole car. If the shop hasn't painted it yet ask for a few more coats of clear, that should leave more clear to polish. In my humble opinion that's the best...

    Should i charge extra?

If it's a something's small I apply it by hand. If it's something bigger I use a DA. I personally think it's faster by hand, and waste a lot less product.

    Should i charge extra?

You must live in a very small town. I charge $60 for wash and wax alone. You couldn't beat me with a stick to make me do a full detail at $60!!!
