Might just be me, but it doesn't look like he's actually spraying anything in the video, looks like just air to me. Also, you want even, controlled spraying of a coating, not the zig zag flailing he was doing all over the fender and half of the wheel.

Both the BOSS CC and FC work very well with SS paint. I've used both with their yellow and orange pads and they've come out perfect. Try out the FC on yellow first and if that's not cutting it, try CC on the yellow, then move up to FC on orange, then CC on orange if needed. I highly recommend...

Definitely get a refund and take it somewhere else. Whatever is listed in the package means nothing really, it's just a list, it doesn't mean they actually did everything on that list. Also look at your receipt or invoice or whatever they gave you for the work, it'll give you a leg to stand on...
