Brian 476 should be applied first as it us the longest lasting. If u apply a wax with a short life first, the next applied wax will only last as long as the first. You want the base wax to last the longest.

Guys So far my customers dont seem interested in the ultimate car show finish on a DD. Even though D151 has a wax, I have a feeling its short lived. So I go the extra mile for customers and give them added protection.

I use D151 on all my one step details. As others have said it has good cut and nice gloss. So far I only use a white LC pad. I dont notice any marring left behind. Although wax is included I still top with M21 or NXT 2.0. Most of my customers prefer longevity over carnauba.

D.O.I case in point

The cool thing about M26 and Collinite 915 is they are old school waxes. They come in tin containers and dont try to wow you with a flashy logo. They are not the latest new thing. They are the latest old thing. Dare I say, I like both equally. :eek:

Yes I have applied M21 first and layered M26 on top. I highly recommend doing this.

First let me say I too use M26 ony own car. But like Oldz said customers expect longevity in a wax. Thats why I use M21 or Nxt 2.0 on customer DD cars. I would use M26 on a garage queen or show car. M26 looks great on my black car. The hood reflects like a mirror.

You should expect some lite marring left by m105. Follow up with m205 on a white pad. Prime the pad and use firm pressure on speed 5 or 6. Use slow arm speed.

UPDATE:........ Customer brought me a 2006 Mustang tonight and informed me he will bring a total of 4 cars. 1 every other month. I deducted $20 on the engine detail and paint correction on a couple minor scratches for free. I pulled these vehicles away from another detailer.
