I washed and waxed my truck yesterday. Products used were Megs GC car wash and a 75%/25% mix of 845 IW and Pinnacle Liquid Souveran Wax. I took these pictures this morning in the garage @ work. The top picture is with flash and the bottom is without. Camera used is an Olympus SP-550UZ.

I picked up 2 bottles of 845 2 weeks ago. If you don't see it on the display, ask them to look in the back!

I had the same thing happen. Didn't see it on the shelves so I asked on of the staff. Found two bottles in the back.

ZoranC, I was looking at the Collinite/LS combo in terms of looks. Collinite by itself looks great on silver but I thought that by adding LS into the mix, would take a great result to outstanding. I'll give it a go and post my findings

Great job Sparkie! While reading your post, I had to smile when you mentioned "This stuff is thick about like Dukes Mayonnaise". It made me think of my Father who I'll be visiting next week (he lives in New Zion, SC).

1-7336 w/4" BP, 1-7336 w/6" BP and Flex 3403 (got it this afternoon) w/Edge 2000 rotary adapter. Waiting for the release of 6" System One pads. COME ON SPRING!!!!:buffing:

When I do my first full detail of the year ('05 Silver F150), I'll use System One to polish and Collinite 845 as my sealant. Can I add a coat of Liquid Souveran a day later or would this be overkill? Feed back please Thanks in advance.

I've tried PB QW+ ,Souveran Spray and DG Aquawax. I use Souveran Spray or DG Aquawax excusively now. Easy on, easy off!:buffing:

shadybreal, I use 2 Prestige II MF towels (short pile side of towel to spread the product and the long side to buff). Works for me :buffing:
