I work 12am to 8am. I stay up till 4pm with the kids .then when the wife comes home I go to bed. A dark room and ear plugs help but really after being up all that time I find it easy to fall asleep.

3 lights on. Will look better with white walls and floor coated.

Here's what I got at lowes The cabinets are going to be black with red doors.

Which floor coating did you go with? I got mines at lowes. It's light gray. got the blue/ white chips to toss on top. the gloss coat goes on after.
