    Any tips with Collinite 476?

I'd definitely suggest a foam applicator pad... partially damp... as thin as possible if you need to test the 'thin factor' take the applicator and kiss the glass ... if the glass shows wax you're good to go... and do two coats.... then sit back and enjoy extreme winter protection!

    Swirl judge needed.

I say correct it with Megs MF cutting pad... 205.. D300 for deeper defects.. then coat it with opti coat! keep a spray wax on it monthly... maintain regular washes ans it will be a breeze to maintain the dreaded black beauty! you'll be very happy and won't be pulling your hair our...

    Meg's Black Wax

its got mild abrasives in it.. about the same as a polish... I suspect they are the same SMAT particles in M205.. I say this because I've seen its corrective properties up close many times... that being said.. if its strong enough to get into fine swirls on a clear coat ... the i would...

Are High End Products Worth The Money?

ART Collinite 467 is a synthetic with carnauba in it. typically synthetic sealants have more of a glossy "wet" look to them whereas carnauba based products have a richness and depth of lustre to them its very similar to the film industry. A movie shot on film will have a more life-like...

Just bought some microfibers on Amazon.

:iagree: Many may poo poo on even the thought of using these on paint.... but a gsm of 350 is fine and these are soft enough not to cause any damage at all.... so i wouldnt worry.. but yes there are better out there, but these towels definitely have their place in a detailing arsenal :xyxthumbs:

To Coat Or Not Coat - That's The Question

Ahhhh i totally respect that.. in that case lay down some Collinite 845 on that baby [for lighter colors - 915 for darker].. you wont regret it.... not sure where you live, but it makes one hell of a "winter protection" barrier as well... Hey a man needs his hobbies for rest, relaxation...
