It is Trial and error, usually Polishing Pad should be ok IMHO. Lime Prime has very mild abrasives, I recon you won't need 2 step polishing procedure.

Yes it will and it will most likely remove any hologram you have. Make sure you are not referring to Lite Version of lime prime which has no abrasives.
