Purell hand sanitizer. Works like a charm. I've tried other hand sanitizers, and they don't work like Purell. Just be sure to wax afterwards. Put a drop on the sap then rub it with a MF towel. I've never had any negative issues using it, but I guess there's a first time for everything.

I used Collinite Metal Wax just yesterday on chrome bumpers and exhaust tips for a detail with amazing results.
