when i coated my honeycomb grill i used foam paint brushes, foam qtip style short stick, and little foam corners from a new tire applicator. Worked like a charm to get in all the little spots.
I purchased a ton of their stuff when they were sold here, they weren't that awesome. their waxes were great and their Tripple polish was awesome too. i don't have any of the products anymore except Iron Out and thats not so great.
I used to use these
Cobra Supreme 530 Extra Large Microfiber Towel, large microfiber detailing towe, drying towel, micro fiber towels
now i just use my various electric blowers. :)
You're going to need more than 3 pads to do your car. You don't need black pads. They're mildly useless. Also I hope you do some more prep before you polish. Like clay, decon, etc...
on page 2 i provided a link to a great blog with all you need to know about blacklight. its answer your questions but from someone with lots of knowledge and more experience than me.
Your preferences is a "wetter" look? what wax did you throw on? I always felt a wax on top right away for some reason attracted so much pollen. like a magnet, i dunno drove me crazy though. haha
honestly, do two coats of Deep Gloss, don't bother with the wax. Two coats of Wolfgang is gloss crazy, and will protect for months.....if i were you i'd apply the wax like a month down the road after a good wash or something.
