i did this on my front bumper in some places. i haven't noticed it hurting anything. if anything its helped protect from the elements obviously to prevent further peeling etc....most of the time though before i coat i'll use dr color chip, fill it then coat it. only if the spots really bother me!

i wouldn't bother putting anything over it, maybe get the boost or something but no need for a wax. And most of the ones you mention you have, have cleaners and such, wouldtn help the coating. If were you, wash and leave alone!

actually you can easily prevent that. a kick ass spur being one, a pad washer, and some great toothbrushes and towels. you can very easily stop your pads from being gummed up with crap.

i too second so cal being ideal all the time weather wise! lol but i used to have streaking, i since went to a 1oz to 20 ratio for waterless and it has been perfect. its better as a rinseless IMO though. You should try Gloss Shop Trifecta, Ultima Acrylic, and Wolfgang Uber those are some real...
