I normally use the Green pad for polishing, and Orange/Yellow pad offers significantly more cut, IMO.

I'm not sure if its a bad idea, but ive done this on several friends/family daily drivers. I used Megs Ultimate Polish on a Blue CCS pad. Worked well, but honestly, it didnt seem all that much better than using Stoner, followed by Eagle 20/20 (on the outside only)
