I've been gradually switching to Optimum Polyer Tech stuff. Zaino has always worked well for me, but since trying ONR and being amazed I have started trying their other products. Easy to use, time saving and looks great. It would be hard to go wrong with alot of stuff here at AG. So many choices !!

Yeah, aspire to get a garage! I was always interested in detailing the family vehicles...especially mine...but now with a garage, it's become kind of an illness. Detailing outdoors can definitely try your patience. Biggest problem with the garage is lighting.

I too would like a bit more shine and durability. Optimum Tire Shine seems to work about the best of everything I've tried. The Tuf Shine stuff intrigues me, and I keep seeing commercials for the Dupli-Color Tire Coating. Wonder if it's just clear laquer with flex agents....

I usually pretreat pads with the XMT, but usually soak them in a bucket with strong concentration of Dawn dishwashing liquid. If it will strip sealant off a car, should work on the pads. Works for me.

Old ONR ? Well if the pre wash solution ratio is 1 or 2 ounces per quart you will use it up quick. That's crazy !! I've been using the same ratio for my pre soak solution as the actual wash solution. 1 ounce per 2 gallons. I'll try a heavier ratio, but that sounds like an awful lot.

I am. Same screen name. Bought my 08 last spring. Like it alot. Try Ultima tire and trim gaurd sometime. I use it on all the plastic trim and wheelwells. Great stuff !!
