Durogloss 111 does not have any cleaners. DG 105 (and especially 501) has cleaners that may remove any of the "oils" you are concerned about. It sounds like you found a combo that meets your needs. Look good--sell it.

UPDATE: It has been observed that Scholl Concepts SW30 is now available in Europe. It looks like the upgrade to SW20. I'll order when PBMA stocks it. In the meantime, there's lots of nearly comparable products available, like maybe the new Fusion Spray.

In my experience.... topping 105 with pure-sealant 111 (after the 105 cures) adds another dimension of "shine" and durability. But so does topping 105 with Fast Clean and Shine detail spray or Aquawax.

Yes....but why :)? I will 501 - 105 - 111, all mixed 4:1 with 601 and let each layer cure for 24 to 48 hrs. But I like the "shiny hiny" look. Of course, regular maintenance with any DG product with Aquawax gets me nearly a year of solid protection. (Ask me about the "down to the bone" DG...
