Removing a Dealer Sticker, Need Help

We just purchased a 5th wheel trailer and the dealer had a stock# id sticker on the front cap and I am having a tough time getting it completely removed. I first tried peeling it off and managed to remove all the surface of the sticker, but getting the what I suspect is a combination of the...

    window sealant advice

I use Griot's garage glass sealant and it has worked well for me. Easy to apply, but I cannot give an accurate longevity experience because I have not really documented my applications, but I suspect about 2-3 months.

Car wash at coin op and polish at home?

Owning a dually where most car washes are not able to handle the wide hips, I would love to find one able to blast the under side. Certainly if travelling salted roads, but for general underside cleaning.

Car wash at coin op and polish at home?

This is a fair comment and why when on the few times I have done it, I do in off hours.

    Griots customer service is amazing!

Throw my hat into the ring applauding Griot's Garages customer service and products. While I have not had to return a product, they have always been most helpful and quick with a reply.

2015 Ram 3500 Big Horn CC: How Did I Do?

Two months after purchasing my truck new in April 2015 and while I still lived in Phoenix, AZ with the benefit of a house and garage, I did a light polish using a Flex 3401 and then I applied Cquartz UK. Although the expected longevity was reported to be 2-years, it has well past that now 3.5...

    25% off just for you!!

Oh darn, I just placed an order and checked the info on this promotion before ordering which indicated the offer was for 24 hours, making today past the 24 hour since the offer was first announced, as such I did not use the promo code. Just my bum luck I guess.

    Good coating for first timer

When I purchased my new truck in 2015, I used Cquartz and found it to be very easy to apply, even for a first timer applying coating and was very happy with the results. As a side note, the original info on Cquartz indicated a 2-year life expectancy and it has exceeded that, now 3.5 years later...

    Griots Poly looking good.

Throw my hat into the Griot's ring also. I have used many of their products over the years, then tried others, but keep coming back. Always excellent customer service.

nanoskin mitt or nanoskin pad ??

If I am not mistaken with the Nanoskin mitt you can wash the vehicle while using the mitt as opposed to the sponge or pad which would require a wash after performing the process. If correct it would seem to me the mitt would be the easiest.

Collinite 476 or 915 for a Ohio Winter

I suppose 845 could work, but according to Collonite info, 845 is better suited to summer UV protection and the OP was asking about winter protection, where 476 is the better choice.

    Which polisher to add?

I had the GG6 and used the hound of it, a very good machine. I then added the Flex to my arsenal, which was a great machine and became my go to. As I found the GG3 I also owned a tad under powered for some work, I ended up converting the GG6 to a 3. Having had both and since you already have...

Questions About Car Wash Bucket Kits

You can definitely save some $ by not buying the kit buckets, opting for buckets sold locally. The only suggestions I would make for consideration is look at the thickness of the bucket, it is false economy to buy a cheap bucket where the plastic is so thin that it may crack sooner rather than...
