Griots customer service is amazing!

Backing plates are a wear and tear item. Don't expect them to last for ever. The more you edge your pads trying to polish small areas with a larger 5 or 6" BP the quicker they will fail on you. The foam will dry out eventually and the place where the foam and the plastic part of the plate meet will separate over time.
 
The thing is I barely used the thing and it cracked.
 
Throw my hat into the ring applauding Griot's Garages customer service and products. While I have not had to return a product, they have always been most helpful and quick with a reply.
 
Griots customer service is second to none....just one of the many reasons I use so much of their stuff
 
I have my first Griots purchase(apart from the free orange correcting cream given to me a while back). Have the Fast Correcting Cream, Black MF, White Orange and Yellow Boss Foams. They seem like BnS pads to me which if they actually are is great. I haven’t yet used the FCC but am pleasantly surprised at the bottle,dispenser and labeling. Hope the product inside is as good as the presentation.

Have you used the FCC yet? I am very pleased with it. Finishes out great.
