    2011 Toyota Tundra Exterior

Today I did an exterior job on a 2011 Toyota Tundra. Owners main worries were the chrome wheels being cleaned/protected and the paint to "not feel like this" as he rubbed his hand on the door panel you could hear the surface contaminates. Toyota being know for usually for having pretty soft...

Should my prices be comparable to a fixed location?

Both sides can be argued. Charge more for the added convenience or charge less because of low over-head like no rent.

Worst packaging with my latest AG order....

I'm just unsure how the products being in a brown paper bag would prevent damage? To me I always figured the brown bags were used to retrieve the items from the warehouse and then made up the entire shipment. It's easier to carry 3 brown bags then 3 bottles, 3 foam pads, 2 wax applicators, and a...

    Ugh...Inside Windshield is the DEVIL!!!!

The way I go about is apply product directly to windshield. "Box out the windshield" by going around the perimeter. Then "fill it in" using up and down passes across the entire windshield. Flip towel to dry side and buff from side to side Starting at the top and finishing in the bottom left...

My price list needs input please

It my experience it's always good to have your prices say "starting at $XX" that way when you run into something completely trashed you don't come out of the job breaking even or worse taking a loss. Also, in your exterior details indicate using a 1 step polishing process, as to not confuse...

    My Website

I agree, the fee isn't going to cause you to go broke.... For example on a 100 dollar job the fee is $2.50, I would pay it because accepting cards should be a convenience to the customer.

    Liquid Behind Radio Screen?

I never use any liquid directly on the electronics, instead I apply to a microfiber and use that. Also, it would help to go over the car before detailing with the owner present to prevent situations like these.
