Yup, the old man just got a 50" Samsung from Sam's club for under 1500. Its no the top of the line model but its not $3K either. For the price we thought it was a good deal.

I believe the new car smell is applied at the factory. The manufacturers actually determine what that "new car smell" will be during the design. I don't think the dealerships have anything to do with it. As far as to how to achieve it, I don't know. I suppose you could look for a "new car...

Do they always look rusted or only after you washed your wheels? All rotors turn brown after you spray water on them. It goes away after you drive the car.

Yeah dude!!!! I almost forgot about Voltron. I still remember the Christmas when I got the Voltron set. It was the cheap swapmeet knowoff version because we couldn't afford the real version, but it was still cool.

I know how he feels. When my car was new I used to use a vac to clean up all the dust then wipe some parts down but after a few time I stoped doing it because I'm lazy. I still can't bring myself to spray water in there, just doesn't look safe.

P1et, what are you using for a lube? Sometimes some people like to use soapy water and it will cause some clays to crumble. At least that is what I've read. Can't remember which brands of clay though. I've never had clay fall apart on me. I usually use the OTC stuff like Mothers and Meg's...

Are they really ruined? I've heard a couple of times already that the mold is harmless, I should just clean them as best as I can and continue using them.

Cool I'll try a toothbrush. I actually had them in the plastic bags the pads came in, open ended and in a plastic storage container. I knew better than using ziplock bags but I guess I won't use any bags from now on. Thanks for the help.
