What other products do you use with CG Black Light?

To me bfwd and blacklight are very similar in slickness and gloss. The Only advantage from blacklight is short cure time which is 30 mins but bfwd you need to wait at least 8 hours before topping wax. I use CG xxx afterward tho.

    Holograms in the wax

IME, these holograms are oil. Spray quick detailer only makes it worse. The only solution to me is re-polish the certain area because the oil already bond to te paint.

    Having trouble removing swirls

I think edging works with MF disc only. Use it when you need more cuts for specific spot like RIDs. I don't know if it will bog a PC. I use Flex 3401.

    Polishing oil smudges

    1. You are definitely not buffing long enough and/or over use product and/or product builds up on '1' pad overtime during buffing. Which means you need to change a new pad. 2. I really don't know. Maybe Mike can answer that. 3. To me. Re- polish it.

Megs MF System or Optimum MF system?

I use Flex3401 90% time and I don't have any problem with Meg's mf disc. It's just do as well as Optimum's at speed 5-6.

Megs MF System or Optimum MF system?

I used both. First I have to say is the sprayer I got was defective. Back to the topic, Meg's MF system is 2 steps system and Optimum needs another step for wax. Both systems have about the same cut while Optimum offers a little bit more in gloss and clarity. If I have to choose, I'll go with...

The Cure for M105's short working time and dusting issues

The tool I use is Flex 3401 and Meg MF cutting disc. fully primed and 2 penny size drop. No need to spread and just keep buffing until it becomes transparent or clear or gone eventually. You may experience a bit of dust but not extreme during buffing. at that time M105 can wipe off so easily...

The Cure for M105's short working time and dusting issues

The main point isnt how many passes you can get. What I m saying is to get the section to become clear and wipe off easily. You can always reactivate the product by misting water. "Clear" means M105 is totally gone. Evaporate or whatsoever. ^_^

The Cure for M105's short working time and dusting issues

2x2 no problem at all. Try it! It may take about 10 passes for a newly primed pad to get the section clear. After that, second buff should take less passes to achieve the same result. Which means it gets faster and less time.

What do you guys think of this....

Perhaps few orange pads or even mf da kit? I have never use any compounds and polishes from blackfire/ duragloss.
