I don't touch my Porter Cable at all anymore since getting my Flex. It's one of the older PCs that bogs when you put any pressure at all on it tho. I hear newer ones do not do this. I'd still use it for applying wax as it's lighter than the Flex but as it is I find my old PC useless.

I guess I'm outta the loop. If they've improved it the PC would be a good choice.

I have the Flex and the PC. I never touch the PC anymore. Now I really notice the way it bogs down and stops spinning when pressure is applied. I say save a lil more for the Flex. You'll never be sorry.

I just wash mine in the machine by themselves with Woolite. No problems yet.

Sounds good. I just got the Flex for Xmas. Can't wait to try it out. I'm waiting now on Menzerna polishes from Autogeek. I've used a Porter Cable with Pinnnacle polishes for 3 years or so.... The PC definaetely made a big difference on my car but hope the Flex makes things even easier/faster.

That's interesting, I tried the Mr. Clean thingy and didn't like it. Just gonna stick with avoiding the sun and using my microfibers for now, but I'll keep that in mind.
