Not your ordinary "Favorite Wash Shampoo" thread

Hmm that's strange. I enlarged the picture and it says 902, but like you said, it says 901 in the description :dunno:

    Sealant Glaze

I applied Klasse AIO after claying and using TRIX about 2 weeks ago before a lllloooooonnnnnnggggggg line of storms hit. We've been getting rain here in Tennessee almost everyday for the past 2 weeks. I'm wanting to apply my Klasse Sealant Glaze as soon as I have some good weather, but i'm...

Not your ordinary "Favorite Wash Shampoo" thread

What was your dilution ratio of the Blackfire? I usually use about 1 oz to 2-3 gallons of Pinnacle and Wolfgang. I did the same with Blackfire, but it just seemed to lack in lubricity. I will more than likely try the DG901 since i've heard quite a bit about it.

Not your ordinary "Favorite Wash Shampoo" thread

This is still a "What's your favorite shampoo" thread, but what makes it different is i'm not concerned with price lol, and the threads I have found are a few years old. I have tried Pinnacle and Wolfgang both of which I like. I tried the Black Fire, but it seemed to lack lubricity compared to...

Clean wheels for short term plastidip

The point of plasti dip is to black out the wheels. It's a black rubber coating and gets dirty like normal wheels. It's basically an alternative to spray painting but easier to get off than spray paint because you can peel it off, yet can be more durable than spray paint. I think they make a...

This is how awesome autogeek is

I love Autogeek :) They are part of my new obsession and led me to the love of detailing now. I'm happy for you. Getting the extra bottle thrown in is awesome.

Clean wheels for short term plastidip

To the post above about cleaning wheels, I just use a wheel/tire cleaner in a purple bottle from advance auto parts and scrub it.

Clean wheels for short term plastidip

Also I would recommend taking the wheels off, so you can get behind the wheel. If not then you will be spraying over the lug nuts and also can't get into the crevices behind the spokes which could look bad and potentially not give a good seal to the plasti dip.

Clean wheels for short term plastidip

I think all that is a little overboard personally. I just sprayed some type of cleaner at my dads shop that is diluted with water then wiped with paper towels and sprayed plasti dip. That was back around February or March I think, and they're still holding strong. I didn't use much plasti dip...

Klasse AIO and now it's raining

I'm a bit confused on how long to let it sit before buffing. I've read that it should sit for an hour to dry then buff but I've also read to apply then buff right off. I thought the directions state to apply and let it sit on that section for 30-60 minutes so by the time you finish the rest of...

Klasse AIO and now it's raining

Klasse AIO and now it's raining

Another question. If I were to apply KSG and it sits for say 5 or 6 hours then it rains, would that be ok or should I just wait til maybe next week when there is no chance of rain and apply the KSG?

Klasse AIO and now it's raining

I washed it with Wolfgang, clayed with Pinnacle, sprayed CarPro TRIX over the whole car, rinsed it off, applied one coat of AIO then called it quits that day. I went back the next day (today(Monday)) and applied the second coat of AIO. I plan on going back in the morning and washing then...

Klasse AIO and now it's raining

My plan was to apply a second coat of AIO following yesterday's detailing then apply the first coat of Sealant Glaze. I finished up the second coat of AIO, ate, and then it started pouring outside. I have the car inside a building right now. I'm wondering if it would be safe to drive home in...

Did I do something wrong with AIO?

I periodically misted the pad with a QD, but I wasn't sure if that was safe or not, so I didn't do it too much.

Did I do something wrong with AIO?

Today I washed, clayed, used CarPro Trix, and applied Klasse AIO. First thing's first, my car looks great now..again :) My question revolves around the AIO. As I was applying it and got maybe half way finished on my car or a little before halfway, it started feeling very hard to spread. It...

NEED HELP 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 or 2013 Ford Shelby GT500

Well if it's power you're after then the Shelby is definitely the right choice. I think the Shelby was certified at 662HP (not sure how much at the rear wheels). You could try typing in keywords that will compare the two. I would say go with a Shelby because i'm biased now since I have a...

    The guzzler vs the absorber

I bought the Guzzler HD a while back, and I love it. It really does soak up a lot of water. I bought one but sometimes it would get too wet and start streaking, so I bought another towel. I think I got them for like $20 a piece, but I can't remember for sure. I like them a lot though.

    ANTS!! I Hate Them!

We had problems a few months ago. It happened last year also. They found a way through the brick on the outside of the house into the kitchen. They have gotten into the cabinets, pantry items like powdered sugar and some other stuff. This year instead of being in the cabinets, they were...
