Please recommend the best/safest Waffle Weave drying towel you have used.

I was never too happy with the performance of waffle weaves, even after learning that you have to pre-dampen them. Any one of these will completely dry my car: 1. DD Uber Drying/CG Woolly Mammoth Dryer grey towel 2. CG Orange Fatty Dryer towel 3. PakShak Blue Tropics Mega Plush towel

I think this counts. Protection provided by a water-resistant and breathable CoverKing StormProof cover. (Gotta see if my Galaxy SIII has a macro camera mode!)

The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

After 30 days, the car still looked freshly washed - as it was when the cover went on. The cover is a CoverKing StormProof - money well spent.

Experiences with GTechniq G4 Glass Polish?

So need to take care of waterspots and wipertrails on the windscreen. - straight distilled white vinegar proved woefully ineffective - 0000 steel wool works with a massive amount of elbow grease but requires immediate, thorough cleanup lest you want a ton of rust specks showing up in a couple...

VERSUS PART 1: CG Diablo vs Sonax Full Effect

I'm almost done using up my CG Diablo, and will be trying Wolf's Decon gel next. The Diablo always required agitation afterwards, and heavy, baked-on grime required a couple sessions of letting it sit then agitating vigorously. Same case at even 1:2 dilution.

Review: Chemical Guys Silk Shine on tires

CG Silk Shine worked pretty poorly for me as well. Put two coats on my tires Saturday morning, and the low glossy sheen/cleaniless was gone by Sunday afternoon. I had only driven it 35 miles in sunny conditions. It looked especially horrendous and blotchy on the smooth sidewalls of my BFG...

2012 Dodge Challenger + Menzerna Color Lock Makeover

How did you work with the vinyl graphics? I didn't see any taping off, or a single picture with a polisher overlapping onto it. Just work up to, but not beyond?

Pickin up a new family hauler tomorrow

It's got a Hemi - congrats! Dodge did well with the aesthetics of the new Durango - much better than the soft route Jeep is taking with the Cherokees.

My cart already has 4 GTechniq products in it, and I'm trying to get away from anything Chemical Guys. Looks like a 5th GTq product now, thanks!
