I'm almost done using up my CG Diablo, and will be trying Wolf's Decon gel next. The Diablo always required agitation afterwards, and heavy, baked-on grime required a couple sessions of letting it sit then agitating vigorously. Same case at even 1:2 dilution.

CG Silk Shine worked pretty poorly for me as well. Put two coats on my tires Saturday morning, and the low glossy sheen/cleaniless was gone by Sunday afternoon. I had only driven it 35 miles in sunny conditions. It looked especially horrendous and blotchy on the smooth sidewalls of my BFG...

How did you work with the vinyl graphics? I didn't see any taping off, or a single picture with a polisher overlapping onto it. Just work up to, but not beyond?
