Agreed! It would make more sense if they just used the same base name for both products and just added "concentrate" to the name of the concentrated version. For example "303 Fabric Cleaner", and "303 Fabric Cleaner Concentrate".

The first one is a concentrate that needs to be diluted before use. The second one is already diluted and ready to be used.

Looks good, except for the 6.5" pads. Since you are getting a PC, you should consider getting the 5.5" pads since they are easier for your PC to spin. Also, you might want to get either the 5.5" flats or the 5.5" Low Profile HydroTechs because thinner pads are also easier on the PC.
