    Klean Strip Prep-All prep solvent

    Duplicolor has a prep-all product. Don't remember the exact name but very similar to the Kleen strip. Pep boys sells it in an aerosol for about $6. Think I've also seen it at Auto Zone.

    Is layering opti-coat worth it?

    So you can layer either after it's full cure time? It was said that after curing, opti coat would not even bond to itself.

    If not coating then - Chemical Guys Back to Black or Detailer's Trim Detail Both are aerosol spray cans and i've found these to work quite well for mesh grills such as this.

    Tire dressing opinions

    I'd say try some Ultima Tire & Trim Guard. It's supposed to lasts months. I just bought some and applied to my tires over the weekend. I also have Tuff Shine that i will use on another car.

    Yes, B&S pads can be used Rotary, DA, Orbital. My favorite is their Green polishing pad - very versatile and works great with each machine. I would generally keep it to their - Cutting - Yellow Light cut / Polishing - Green Finishing - Blue or Black

    I still think they would have been better off maybe supplying through an auto parts store (PepBoys/Autozone/AdvanceAP...etc..) but in any case it looks like what you can get locally is pretty respectable now and can only get better.

    Any tips for alleviate DA vibration?

    You can get some Anti-Vibration gloves. There's a Harbor Freight close by to me and picked up a pair. They do seem to help a bit with the vibrations for the Griots / PC especially if you've been buffing with it for hours on end.
