I would suggest putting the opti-coat on the roof, head/tail lights, rockers, wheels and glass. Then you can play around with waxes and sealants on the rest of the car as normal.

I had streaking with Reload as well if you just spray it and try wiping it off. You have to use two towels as mentioned already. Plus you have to be quick about it, even in the shade.

I agree. Optimum just says that opti-coat is a "resin". Well what kind of a resin? Also what kind of scratch resistance? It was then said in the Cee Dog extreme testing thread what it is. It is a Ceramic Silicon Carbide resin. *THAT* should be stated and used as advertising imho. Perhaps...

I've read that when fully cured Opti-Coat has a hardness rating of around 9 on the Mohs scale. I'd like to know what the CQuartz rating is.
