aa extreme shine tire gel is NOT water based, so if you are looking for a water based product, you need to look at something else....

an orange pad is way too agressive for a final polish....the orange pad will induce its own swirling/micro marring....you then need to follow that up with a white pad and finish polish, most likely followed up with a black/blue pad and another finishing polish, then your lsp if you want...

same here, no other aa products...the only reason i gave this stuff a shot was the foam applicator....it was a nice find as you can get it anywhere....

i dont think a black pad can withstand the pressure of polishing without comming apart....but forsure a white pad will do.....

i plan on using optimum tire gel next time, but for now i am using armoral extreme tire gel and its the bomb, no sling....and the guys at unique auto use it, so how bad could it be....

just dont use the orange pads unless you have severe swirls, otherwise the white will correct your hondas swirls just fine...

i know there is alot of carnuba fans here, but nothing here can match protection or slickness os 4 star ultimate paint protection....it is by far the best bang for the buck lsp out there....

what wash mitts do you guys use and how long do they last you.... I have been using the mothers genuine sheepskin mitts, i have tried other brands of sheepskin, but the mothers seem to be best, and at 10 bucks a pop not a bad price either....i would say i go through 2 a year washing my car...

i never rotate pads, i use one until its flat wore out....i can polish a car from start to finish with the same pad witout cleaning it....i have used the same white pad to polish the same car 3 times now and its still got live in it.... i use black or blue pads to apply lsp on my udm/pc.... i...

flex with nothing is 279.00...pc with a few pads and polish and wax is 169.00

i am going to vote for you to get a pc or the meguiars g110....you just dont seem like you need the extra cost of a flex, you can spend that money on an array of polishes and pads and other supplies....

i use the blue....and truth be told, i dont tape off anymore....
