    if it was me i would. wash, clay, alcohol wipe down, buff/ swirl removal, polish, paint sealant. then 12 hrs apply another coat or apply carnuba wax. i do this on almost all my customers cars. -kory

    it is posible that some dust got on the paint. but i wouldnt think it would make it that bad. or like ryan said. it could be the mf towel. if its a mf from auto zone or walmart. i have had them swirl paint before

    i need some advice from you mobile detailers. what is the perfect vehicle for detailing. 1.ford 150 cargo van 2. dodge sprinter 3. suburban/excursion 4.truck with trailer i was personaly looking at either an excursion or a dodge sprinter. any advice is apriciated -kory

    Pre washing

    i wash with dawn soap on all my really bad cars that never have been waxed before. hlps get the road gunk off. and i wash my truck once a year with dawn. i believe it quickens the detail process.

    had a buddy that was in the auto body class take my pin stripe off with a pinstripe eraser but after alot of buffing i still have slight scratches

    rotary trouble

    to answer the questions i am using a heavy black foam pad from car brite and the product was a light compound from car brite also. i think my problem was not having enough product, and the pad was geting dry.. and when i had the pad flat it would "walk" on me, i will try more tecniques. thanks...

    i am having alot of trouble using a rotary on the sides of cars. it seems that the pad wants to dig into the car. but i didnt know if there was a tecnique for the vertical panels. i always am sure i have plentyof product and the pad is primed

    another thing i dont like is the "protection plans" we have to do. wich i think costs like $1000 or so and we still get payed our 3-4 hrs and get no cut of the extra cash. and the program stinks. the sealant is too thick and creates cloudiness easily its just so much bs. im actually thinking...
