    Conserving Product (Sonax, Iron X, etc)?

    I only got 3/4 of my car done with an entire bottle of Ferrex and I was trying to be efficient. Hopefully someone has some tricks, but more than likely the trick is to buy in bulk because it 'takes what it takes' to get full coverage. And as you say the stuff is $$$$

    Agreed with all above. Coatings, while most effective, limit your choices for aftercare quite a bit. Sealants are much more user friendly and play with others nicely. What you really might want to invest in, I wish I would have within first week of new car, is one of the top paint protection...
