I'm mostly mobile these days. I do have agreements with two local shops to use their premises if needed.When going from mobile to fixed location lost half of my customers due to them being spoiled with at home service.

It would be nice to have a miniature Flex for tight spots. I purchased a Rupes15 and haven't been impressed with efficiency on removing defects. I purchased it for a back up. I have no confidence in the unit and already having cord issues. It definitely has a generic feel to it compared to a Flex.

I would put continuous refill as the number 1 must have for your situation. Besides name brands I mainly look at watts. Maybe a unit that is a vaccum and steamer in one to eliminate a step.Some companies are totally out of wack with prices and should be eliminated from your list altogether.

Congratulations! A two part epoxy floor would really make it pop. Maybe a couple pics or posters of cars etc.A concrete stain would be pretty cheap under $100. On exterior maybe a couple "Smile you are on camera" signs .

Sounds like seats probably were dyed. I would look for overspray on side buckles etc to confirm.
