I've been reading this thread with interest as I am also considering the Duetto. I considered the Flex but wanted the smooth operation and better finishing that Rupes offers. I'm waiting for next months Sema announcements to decide as I'm hoping for an upgraded Duetto.

I also use the same dilution ratio. I also don't make a separate batch just for pre-soak. I fill my pre-soak container from the bucket I just mixed.

Motsenbockers #5 also just called Lift Off should be available at any hardware store that sells paint. It only works on Latex paint.
