the backing plate on a DA power system can't be changed but i think the original one should be able to take a 4 inch nanoskin autoscrub pad.....the meguiars pad that comes with it is also 4 inch

is it safe to use the 4 inch pads with the DA power system?

i think the speed was too much for applying the sealant, try a lower speed......

well i was working with meguiars foam pads and m80, the paint itself was very dry single stage, it took about 3 days, why not use an extension cable from the nearest wall socket, you can never get as good results by hand as you would by machine

imo this wax is for the single stage guys as it is so oily

first of all get any compound or scratch remover and use it on a small test spot, let us know if it turns black or not some close up pictures would be helpful

You should try the meguiars DA power system, i got mine two weeks back and the moment i first used it, i was feeling 'this isn't as hard as i thought' i had earlier deswirled a car by hand and this let me do the same in much less time and with much less effort
