This is obviously a newbie question, but if tire dressing is applied to protect and condition the tires, what about the inner sides of the tires? They remain unprotected.

This question isn't exactly about detailing, but what's your favorite windshield washer fluid? I'd like to find something that cleans really well, but doesn't damage paint or trim. Any suggestions? Thanks!
