Are your brake calipers painted/powdercoated with a clear finish? If it is, you can try polishing them with compound/polish liquid + MF towel and see if the stain comes off.

Try spraying IPA over the dusty area and give it a few seconds before wiping. If you have ONR, it works pretty well too.

MDX, I'm currently using reset as clay lube from my wash bucket. It works great. And I use it with nanoskin wash towel. Just remember to rinse the mitt often in between sections

For Rupes Mini, I use rupes pads exclusively. I use green/blue for correction (compounding) and white/yellow for polishing (usually I go for the white)
