why not give D151 a try with a Optimum MF polishing pad. Power finish is real nice stuff and works really well.

havnt used a cyan pad yet..I mainly use the Crimson pad and the MF disc...I dont do alot of buffing since I mainly only do my car and very rarely do others..but I did my neighbors Impala and trailblazer..I started out with the Flex and tangerine pad and power finish..half way through i got sick...

ever since I got my Griots and MF pads and using 7/8" hydrotechs..i sold my flex months ago and not missed it once.

i am usually against HDR..but these are very well done with a proper mix to give them a natural look with a very large dynamic range :xyxthumbs:

so your saying there is a chance someone can do it wrong burn it and ruin $70 wax kit. its a cool concept but needs ability to make some changes with recipe within the kit.

im with you..its cool you can kinda label your own and make it..but its basically the same wax everyone will make..if they could have made it with some chart that tells you different recipes so you can mix up the kinda wax you want..hard wax or a soft wax and maybe add different scents..but this...

dont get excited..the ford black paint is soft as jello. Mine will scratch if you stare at it to long..look up some other member with a new black stang I seen them also say on how crazy soft it is. I have heard other colors are hard but the black isnt

well thats how things are today and they are not going to change. This isnt 1994 and we are not living in 1994 technology. So just cause it was that way almost 20 years ago doesnt make it how it should be today.

most companies that release a new product will hide it till the big show..then once its revealed at the show then they usually release info on their webpage about it to inform everyone who is interested in that product. I guess SEMA is filled with more we will get around to it when we get to it...

Yea I dont get the whole thread 12 new products will be introduced at SEMA..and well they have never said anything offical or any pics of these so called new products..and its not like he wasnt in contact he was posting while at SEMA...pretty lame I think..So far all the stuff I was waiting to...

soooo now that SEMA is here...Where is the rest of the kit..Cutting pads, backing plate polishes?

nope..only with other MF towels..and even then I separate loads..Only towels that touch my paint will be washed together..then everything else towels can be in 1 load.

power finish and Megs Finishing MF Pad are great for 1 stepper..and depending on how hard the paint is the Power finish and the MF cutting pad are a great combo.

i love the stuff works wonders on soft paint..Sonax Paint cleaner is another GREAT final step process to bring out max gloss on softer paint as well. Both of them work fantastic on my jello soft mustang paint..I use a Crimson Hydrotech

snapped this real fast Optimum on the left Megs finishing pad center and cutting pad right you can see the Optimum polishing pad is just as thin as the cutting pad for the Megs

i got a 5.25 and 3.25" pads in yesterday but dont know when I will get to use them. I have used my Megs MF pads a good bit..I know the megs Finishing pad doesnt play to well with my super soft paint on my mustang so I will see how these act with it
