Getting read to prep the apply gtechniq coating to my windshield after polishing and I read a review that gives a less than glowing results. What's the best performance and durability wise? Will be polishing with GG glass polish and a rayon pad for prep.

Yup, great stuff. A bit expensive, but leaves a nice non slippery finish.

I use the cheap cotton towels that you buy in a bundle for cheap for cleaning all pads. Never use a brush, just too harsh in my opinion.

Use GG Rubber Prep.........not the cleaner.

Will subsequent washings after the first coat interfere with adding a second coat days later? Thanks for the review/testing!!

I've used both and in my opinion Dr Colorchip far exceeded Langra in ease of use and results. This was on black paint, can't see any of the road rash or 150+ chips that were repaired.

I pulled the wheels from my Marauder and thoroughly cleaned and polished the calipers, rotor hats and the wheels both the barrels and the face. I then applied OC from the kit I purchased about a year ago. I didn't clean the applicator pad or the microfiber towel that were included in the kit...

What about an area that has numerous car shows or auctions?

DrColorchip for the best results. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to accelerate the cure before final polish. Easy to use, great results!
