Rupes recommendation is correcting/polishing at speed 4, generally speaking. You may increase speed on concaves or if the surface is grabby and not allowing proper rotation. Use Rupes pads. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

RPM for RPM, the Mille is the most powerful. It has the highest orbit per revolution and OPM’s. It has almost double the orbits per revolution than the Makita. According to Todd Helme, correcting on a forced DA is best from 430 RPM - 490 RPM. So, the higher RPM of the Makita may actually go...

Forced driven DA's will not finish as well as random orbitals, especially on soft black paint.
