Thanks, I don't know where they keep damn Z's before selling them or if they just come uncovered by ship form Japan but it's pretty bad for a new car to have rain/water spots like that form new. Please keep me updated on whether you're able to remove them!

Question about sealant and cure times.

Not to hijack the thread but had a quick question, when you guys talk about 'cure time' does that mean the sealant is left on top of the car for say 8 hours before buffing it off, or do you buff it off once it hazes and the cure time is just the 8 of hours the car should be out of the rain...

    Water spots (semi visible)

I know what you mean, after owning a black car before my Z i told myself 'never again'...however after seeing all the Z's lined up at the dealer, the black looked just too damn good. I regret it already....my 370 (or 380...who knows when i get my next car..) will not be black, i promised...

Help in picking a PC kit

I saw that one, however I am not too familiar with menzerna polishes, they confuse me a bit. I know they're very highly regarded here but I always thought there was intensive polish and Final polish...and that was the basic. Now I see all these ceramic clear polishes and super intensive, nano...

Thanks again guys, I'll be testing those out! I guess after all, wore case scenario I'll just re-wax, which should help with the removal for the next wash anyways

Does bug/tar remover strip off wax?

Had a quick question about bug/tar removers. I recently bought an OTC bug/tar remover (turtlewax) to remove some bugs from the bumper and have been using it on and off. My question is, in general do these products strip wax, should i re-wax after applying this? I'm thinking of getting some...

Help in picking a PC kit

Hey guys, I am thinking of getting a PC kit but I am a little confused on what exactly I need. Looking at the different kits, for example, I find that some come with a "5 inch Hook and Loop backing plate", others mention "5 inch flex backing plate". Are these one and the same? Another thing is...

Hey Guys, Had question regarding water spots....I'm a bit confused about methods for removing them as well as what most people consider "removed" when it comes to water spots. When someone says they have removed waterspots are they removed from plain sight under regular sunlight only or...
