    My brother's new car!

yeah, we're wrapped up with new SVT models. I have very good inside info that says differently. As far as sport sedans, I think Ford should bring over the Aussie FPV's.

You can try, but I bet it'll be clumsy and won't work very well.

    new wheels

no hazing with it at all and I apply with either my powerballs or microfiber towels. Don't use your first quality ones though. I use the little white and gray ones from Target and they work good.

    new wheels

I don't know about chrome all the way. I love the polished Al look and I'm willing to devote the time to them to keep them in great condition. Granted I don't have any small spokes to polish, just nice big round areas. As far as Mother's Billet polish, it is the least abrasive product they...

    new wheels

I have polished Boyds and I can tell you that I don't put any glazes or sealants on my wheels. If they stain, I'd probaby cry. I just use mothers billet polish AT LEAST once every two weeks on a powerball. In between, mothers all-wheel works pretty good. I heard that ZOOP was a waste of...

Most paint manufacturers recommend 90-120 days before putting any sort of wax or sealant on.

Repainting - paint cure - how long?

I wait at least 3 months before any wax or sealant goes on fresh paint. Even if you use polish or glaze, make sure it's "body shop safe."

My Baby, '99 Z3 M Coupe Imola Red

Stock cars do it just like I described in the first sentence. Rev, dump clutch to start spinning, cover the brake pedal w/ left foot and mash the gas. The engine will overpower the rear brakes. The front brakes will hold. This is how you see all street cars do burnouts in mags or otherwise.

Well you can just dump and sidestep the clutch and powerbrake it, but it'll eat the rear brake pads rather quickly. If you enjoy going to the track or turnin'em over frequently, invest in a line lock. Its a solenoid that will just hold the brake line pressure to the front brakes only.

There are many exceptions actually. Look how many vehicles come straight off the showroom floor with superchargers or turbos or both. All with factory warranty's. FI has come along way. The tune is key!

regular mothers in the red tub leaves my wheels hazy. The mothers billet polish w/ the powerballs is my go-to.
