Hey, The sponge works well and takes up a fair amount of grit, most of which can get pressed out in the rinse bucket. But will the sponge hold up in a gentle cycle in a washing machine? Should it be washed with microfiber cloth?

I've had good luck with No 7 Tar & Bug Remover. CarQuest used to carry it, but no longer. Guess I'll go on-line.

I'm sure that this has been asked and answered before...I'm always reading about running the orbital polisher at a certain rpm number, but I don't know how to translate that into the dial settings on the polisher.

Yes, I polished using the 7424XP with OPII, then used Optiseal before the 845. It's the first polish it's had since purchase (11/06)!

No, I never put pads in the washer or dryer. I let the polishing products (MF cloths and pads) soak in one 5 gallon bucket and the waxing/sealant products soak in another. I only use the washer for larger towels, like drying towels. I always air dry after wringing out.

Good question, inquiring minds would like to know...how well does the Klasse AIO work as a paint cleaner in comparison to dedicated paint cleaners like the P21S Gloss Enhancing Paintwork Cleanser or the 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner.
