Thanks Tony. I appreciate the well thought out tips I uploaded the pics using the photo manager here. I used my Nikon and had to convert the photos to jpg and scale down as they were huge. I think thats where the problem is. Ill upload to google and share an album

Thx for this. Milk was just spilled in the back floor area of my car. The container was faulty. Most was on the floor mat but some got into the carpet on the center the hump. Hope it turns out as good as yours.

They appear to be your average shoe scuff marks. I used power clean 3:1, let it soak a bit then wiped with mf. They lightened. Then i tried it at full strength and agitated with a bristle brush. The marks will not come out. Any ideas?

it wouldn't be impossible but I doubt the dealership did that. I'm guessing she knew the novice detailer personally which would explain the ho-hum attitude about returning to the dealer. Either way, i hope you get the chance to show her a true detail & correction.

The leather in all my cars are kept in good condition using Zs leather in a bottle. And I love the aroma! It fills the car with the smell of new leather.
