    Question on PFM Towel Size

I like the 16x16 as well. I find the larger towels too hard to wring out.

    Autogeek at SEMA 2018?

I was just looking at the floorplan on the SEMA website and I don't see Autogeek listed. I searched the exhibitors (Autogeek and Palm Beach Motoring) and nothing. What's up? No Autogeek this year?

Review & How-to: BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating by Mike Phillips

Great write up, Mike. I do have a question about the towels used to wipe down the high spots. Since the coatings are permanent, does the coating ruin the towel(s)? Can it be washed out?

    Is something wrong with Flex?

I started with with a Griot's Garage 6 inch random orbital (which I still have) then moved to a Flex 3401. While I'm interested in the long throw machines, the 3401 does everything I need it to and have been extremely happy with it.

Looking for a quality drying towel

I agree 100% on the PFM's (I use the 16x16). They are outstanding. I also bought 2 big blues. They didn't work at all. They're way too thick and not absorbent at all. One of most disappointing things I've bought. I gave them away.

    SEMA 2017 & Autogeek

Over the years prior to SEMA, there has been a lot of posts about the Autogeek booth setup, new products, "Where's Yancy" and "Send me to SEMA" contests, etc. This year it's been pretty quiet. I know there is an Autogeek booth again this year but there really hasn't been a lot of talk about...

    Biggest Pet-Peeves in Detailing?

There are many but one I can't stand is when someone asks the cost to detail their vehicle then proceeds to complain about the price. "Why is it so expensive? I have a Groupon for the car wash. They'll do the whole car inside and out for $60.".

    Yellow road line paint

I had to use plastic razor blades to get it off my car. Most of it was in the wheel well but there was some on the paint. I was a PITA, though!!!
