    This might be a dumb question but is it safe to squeeze the excees water out of the LC pads? When I mean squeeze, I mean using both hands and turning it or ringing the excess water out and then air dry after. or should I just let it air dry after rinsing it with clean running water? thanks...

    thanks FloridaNative. The chart really helped me out. I guess according to the chart, DACP is the more aggresive polish. DACP is considered a Medium Cut polish and the 3m Perfect-It II is considered a light cut polish. I just realized that I submitted this thread in the incorrect forum...

    As per topic. Which is the lesser aggresive polish? 3m Perfect-It II foam polishing pad glaze or Meguiars #83 Dual Action Cleaner Polish The reason why I am asking is I have both products and I would like to use the least aggresive one first to see if it is sufficient on the paint. thanks guys

    thanks guys for all your help. I will repolish that area again. will keep you posted. Correct me if I am wrong but the 3m Perfect-it II polishing glaze is somewhat a final polish according to the description of the product. it stated that i should use a sealant after the polishing glaze step.
