Cerakote has been my go-to for a while now. Lasts a long time.

Can't say that I see people are bothered in CT. Walked through a parking lot last week and saw five cars idling with windows up and AC on. Also note MANY cars going 80+ on the local interstates. Way more smoke than fire.
