Hi guys, This past week I detailed my audi and after a test panel I noticed a black rubber type material spots all over. I immediately look at the backing plate and it seems the protective rubber backing attached to the polisher somehow began rubbing on the backing plate causing it to "shed"...

Like others here, I was hesitant to drop the money on the master blaster. I always used an electric leaf blower and thought it was doing the job well..... until I used this beast. Not only did it cut my drying time in half, it was pretty fun to use!! It is not loud at all, actually quiet...

Not saying you should turn away a customer. I detail as a hobby, so you're right I can afford to turn people down. In your case it seems like the customer is full of you know what. Sounds like you couldn't tell what type of people they were before the details but let that be a very good...

This is why I don't do work for anyone that isn't 100% on board with maintaining the finish.

Stick with the rupes system if you detail as a hobbyist. Much more enjoyable IMO.

I dont understand i just purchased this from AGO and my sprayer does not foam at all... its just a plain sprayer. Little disappointed.

I just finished a gallon of Maxisuds II. It does leave a significant haze in my opinion when using it as a prewash albeit the foaming capabilities are very good. I'd suggest Meguiars Hyperwash. I used it this past weekend and I'd say the foaming capabilities are comparable to maxi suds II...
