    stripes, decals removal

    I removed the factory hood-fender stripes from my Challenger and it wasn't too bad. The car was three years old when I removed them. I used a heat gun set on low and they came right off. Goo gone got most of the residual stuff.

    Thanks for the info Bobby. I have black vinyl rally stripes on my car so I'm a little hesitant about getting the polisher or product on them. I've read that Meguiars ultimate liquid wax won't turn vinyl white so I'm thinking about giving it a shot. My car is garage kept and never sees winter...
