Sounds like a really irritating day, Rubbermaid spray bottles from Walmart are what I have been using for years and they seem to hold up well and are really heavily made. Great looking car !!

OTC Armor All Tire Gel in the squeeze bottle, actually a very good product, bought a bottle about 3 weeks ago and did wifes tires and it is lasting very well so far.

I have the Hankooks on my wifes car, and they are very good. Very quiet, great handling, speed rated, and last very well. Or at least they have been on our car, they look great dressed out also. :xyxthumbs:

Well, I know what I would like to spend some of my retirement money on in a few years. You do great work, that car is gorgeous, never seen a undercarriage that spotless. Great attention to detail. Most people would never appreciate the amount of work and effort that goes into that job. :dblthumb2:

Thats Awesome, do you let that sit for a few minutes then rinse, and then do a regular two bucket wash, or since you have the pressure washer just wash it down, and rinse like at a car wash ? :xyxthumbs:

Lexol Leather Cleaner and Conditioner, Meguiars Supreme Shine Protectant. Neither product leaves a greasy feel.

Hey, cool spell only 96 today ! Did the interior of the wifes car, with Lexol leather preservative, pretty good stuff I think.

Cleaner wax also cleans the paint to save time then also lays down some protection, it cuts out the polishing step if you dont have time to do it seperate, and it may remove some slight imperfections. Carnauba has no cleaning properties, it just lays down protection and shine, and for that...

:iagree: Well it isnt really a dry heat here in Ok, although it isnt as humid as it usually is, or near as bad as it is for you I suspect. It is humid enough that the humidity factor has been pushing it to 110 or right around. I have been in Vegas many times and always laugh when they say it...

Up at 0530 washed daughters Saturn Ion (college car) and wifes car. Dried both off and waxed with Megs Gold Class Carnauba. Hit the trim with Megs ultimate detailer, and the tires with Armor All Gel. Wheels were wiped down with Megs Ultimate Quik Detailer. about 0900 was pretty much dehydrated...

Having some of the same issues, super hot and humid past week or so, detailing at night. We have hard water also and the towels seem scratchy and hard if I dont use fabric softener. I will try and use the vinegar method next time.

Muskogee,OK Had to drive 400 + miles to get that car in that trim and in that color, it was the closest one to me, that is why I have been very anal about washing, waxing and detailing on this car. Had a Black cherry one just like it, we had it for two months and a box springs flew out the back...
