What is wrong with my foam cannon?!

I failed to mention above, once you have the strainer part removed, check for "daylight," end-to-end. A failure to observe the aforementioned "light" will be indicative of the problem I referenced above re:debris.

What is wrong with my foam cannon?!

There is no doubt that you have a piece of debris somewhere in the unit. Remove the brass end piece which contains the wire strainer. Once that is off, take a piece of wire and jam it through the tubes, end to end and all the way through. You most likely have a clog on the input side of the...

Now this is what I call TRASHED.

What was the source of the black "stuff" on that seat? Perhaps more intriguing, when was the last time someone SAT on that seat? Did your client have teeth out of sheer curiosity:Picture:

Sneak Peek: New PBMG Products COMING SOON!

Iron removers used in detailing all have one of either sodium mercapatoacetate or a potassium derivative. Sodium mercapatoacetate is also known as sodium thioglycolate, or thioglycolic Acid...hence my previous comment in reference to the Acid by definition. Google "sodium mercapatoacetate" if...

Sneak Peek: New PBMG Products COMING SOON!

How can you state that it is not an acid when the active ingridients, whichever form you chose, are by definition acids? It may not be acidic on the pH scale, but an acid it most certainly is. Just curious...

    Discontinued School Concepts????

I couldn't disagree more. Inventory should be updated in real-time so this situation should not have happened. Furthermore, a form e-mail saying "discontinued" is insulting at best. At minimum, a CC should be offered with the same discounts on other items. The right way to deal with this...

New CG "Clean Slate" wax/sealant stripping soap

Any "soap" with a high PH will certainly diminish if not remove a wax/sealant. My reference to high PH would constitute a PH north of 12 if not 13. These products do exist, albeit mostly in the truck washing/TFR arena I believe. A caustic degreaser with some thickening agents would work perhaps.

why do my towels not absorb like they did when new

Easy fix...boil them in water, add vinegar for extra umph.

Craters/dimples in paint (due to acid rain?)

Agreed somewhat...I think it's most likely the "sandblasting" effect from getting pelted on the highway by small bits of gunk. It's common.

Does anyone know how to keep the brown rings from coming back when I shampoo the seats?

Google "wick back" or "wickback," I am not sure if it is a compound word or not. You can apply an encap product and/or a neutralizing rinse product to avoid the problem.

    Hyper Wash

Fwiw, HW is the only "wash" that the boys across the pond would consider a snow foam that is easily obtained in the US. HD isn't even close. I have 8 true snowfoams in my arsenal and can verify the veracity of that which I am saying. True snow foam has a viscosity when applied that enables it...
