True and I likely could have, too, but the product said it worked on painted, clear coated surfaces, so I thought it would be ok.

Were you able to clean it off?

No. I tried Meguiar's quick detailer and it didn't take it off. I haven't tried a polish at this point.

I used Mother's Tire and Wheel foam and this is what I ended up with. It is on all four wheels I can't seem to get it off. Any ideas? It is a white haze of some sort. I followed directions to a T and the wheels were not hot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. These are a set of OEM 18s...
